Ombré Chocolate Pudding

Ombré Chocolate Pudding

Serves 8 people

Ingredients

  • Milk - 500ml each
  • Sugar - ¼ cup each
  • White/milk/dark - ½ cup each
  • Meron Agar Agar - 1 tsp each

Preparation

  1. Into a saucepan; add in the sugar to the milk. Bring it to a simmer and mix until dissolved.
  2. To this, add in the Meron Agar Agar and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. The chocolate goes into this mixture and stir until very well combined.
  4. Transfer into a bread mould and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. Make the second and third layer following the same method but by substituting milk and dark chocolate respectively instead of white chocolate.
