Lemon Jelly

LEMON JELLY WITH REFINED CARRAGEENAN 


Ingredients

  • 1 / 2 cup of Sugar
  • 3 – 4 teaspoons of refined carrageenan
  • Few drops of yellow food coloring agent and lemon flavor
  • One and half cup of lemon juice
  • 2 cups of water

Procedure

In a large bowl, mix refined carrageenan and sugar then pour into warm water and heat the mixture for 15 minutes with continues stirring. Reduce the flame and add lemon juice with proper stirring. Once the mixture boils, off the flame and adds flavor and color. Mix well the solution. Fill into jelly cups. Cool and serve.
