Drinkable Yoghurt Recipe
DRINKABLE YOGHURT WITH SPREADABLE WONDERGEL 30
Ingredients
- 1/8th tsp of Wondergel 30
- 2 cups of water
- 1/3rd of cup sugar
- 1 cup +1/4th cup of milk
- 1/3rd cup of curd
- Few drops of Flavors and food coloring agent
Preparation
- Mix Sugar and Wondergel 30.
- Add the powder mix and water into the whole milk.
- Heat the mixture to about 10 minutes with proper stirring.
- Add desired flavor and color.
- Cool down, add curd into it and mix well.
- Keep at room temperature for one day.
- Final yoghurt product should be a liquid with creamy and full bodied mouth feel.
