Tomato ketchup using Guar gum
Ingredients:
tomato - 1 cup
½ TSP Guar gum
Salt to taste
4-5 tablespoon sugar
½ tsp chili powder
ginger – ½ pod
Garlic – 2 cloves
Method:
In pan add tomato, sugar, salt, chili powder, garlic and ginger. Cook in a medium flame and mash it well and strain. Add guar gum into the strained tomato puree and stir well until the guar gum dissolves completely. Transfer into air tight container.
