Thiramisu using Agar Agar

INGREDIENTS

Ladies finger biscuit – required number to arrange on the tray

For cheese spread 

Cream cheese – 1 cup

Whipping cream - 1 cup

Icing sugar – 1/2 cup

Vanilla powder – 1 tsp

Agaragar – 1/ 8th tsp (Dissolve 100 ml water)

For coffee

Coffee powder – 2 tbsp

Preparation

Water- 3/ 4 th cup

 Sugar - 2 tsp

For cream spread

  1. Add cream cheese, whipping cream, icing sugar and vanilla essence into bowl. Mix it well.
  2. Another pan, add 100ml water along with Agaragar boil until its dissolves completely.
  3. Add the wondergel solution into the cream cheese mixture and mix using hand blender.

For Coffee

In pan add water along with coffee powder and sugar. Bring to boil.

Arranging

In a glass tray arrange coffee dipped ladies finger biscuit in the bottom. Then fill it with cream cheese mix.  Repeat the process once   again and dust with cocoa powder. Serve chilled.
