Pistachio Pudding Recipe

 PISTACHIO PUDDING

 

Ingredients

 

  • Milk: 500ml
  • Sugar: 1/2 +1/3 cup
  • Agar Agar China Grass strips- 2 Tbsp
  • Cardamom – 2 pods
  • Water – 1/ 2 glass
  • Pistachio Elaichi flavour – 3- 4 drops
  • Pista colour – 2- 3 drops

 

Preparation

  • Soak Agar Agar China Grass strips in 1/2 glass of hot water for 45 minutes.
  • In a pan heat milk along with 2 pods of cardamom.
  • Add pistachio elaichi flavour and colour into it.
  • Pour soaked strips and sugar into the milk and mix it well until all ingredients dissolves completely.
  • Pour into moulds and refrigerate for minimum 3 hrs.
  • Serve it with the cardamom flakes and sugar soaked strips.
