Ice cream using Xanthan Gum


Ingredients


Xanthangum  0.6g to 0.8g
Whipping cream  1 cup
Powdered sugar  1 cup
Milk   50 ml
Vanila  As required


Procedure
1. In to a bowl add milk and xanthangum. Stir well untill powder completely dissolved.
2. In another bowl add whipping cream and powder sugar beat it well until get a smooth consistency.
3. Add xanthangum solution into the mixture and again blend it well.
4. Add drops of vanila flavour
5. Transfer to another container. And wrap with clin flim.
6. Freeze for overnight.
7. Serve.
