Avocado Matcha Pudding Recipe
AVOCADO MATCHA PUDDING WITH AGAR AGAR
Ingredients
- 1 -full avocado paste
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1/2 – 1 tsp of-agar-agar powder
- 1/3rd cup sugar
- 1/ 2 can Milk maid
- 5 tbsp of Water
- 1 tsp - matcha powder
Preparation
- Boil agar and sugar in the water stir well until it dissolve completely.
- Pour avocado paste, coconut milk, milk maid, and matcha powder in a blender.
- Blend well until get a fine mixture.
- Add the mixture into the agar sugar solution mix well keep in 2 min at low flame.
- Pour in to the bowl and Refrigerate for 3- 4 hours. Serve.
